10–11 March 2026, Houston, USA
The Chemical Recycling event will take place onsite from 10–11 March in Houston. The event will address the potential of advanced recycling techniques in North America to convert waste plastics into new materials. 3–5 March 2026, Hannover, Germany
The Tire Technology Conference will take place as an onsite event from 3–5 March in Hannover. The event will address decarbonization, highlighting Tire Technology Expo’s 26-year legacy as the leading global meeting for tire technology, academia, and regulation.

25–27 November 2025, Online
The Sustainability Heroes Conference will take place as an online event from 25–27 November 2025. The event will tackle three focus topics: ESG-reporting, human rights and regulatory developments.

18–20 November 2025, Munich, Germany
The Argus Road Fuels Europe Conference will take place as an onsite event from 18–20 November in Munich. The event will address the decarbonization of road transport, serving as Europe’s meeting point for decision-makers with strategic insights into fuel markets and their regulation.

The conference will take place as an onsite event in Shanghai for the 8th time on 07 November 2025.

The Polymer25 took place as an onsite event on 5 November in Aarhus. The event addressed sustainability strategies, taking them all the way to solution mode by presenting new findings, innovative solutions, and how leading companies meet ambitious goals.

4 November 2025, online
The BPF Chemical Recycling Seminar took place as an online event on 04 November. The event explored the latest challenges and opportunities in the plastics industry and the latest advances in recycling methods.

The Sustainable Aviation Futures Congress North America took place as an onsite event from 14–16 October in Houston. The congress addressed the aviation and energy value chains.

The New Regulations on EU Plastics Packaging, Recycling & Food Contact will take place as a hybrid event on 8 October in Düsseldorf. The event will address the latest changes in EU regulations and its implications for the market.

The SPE® TPO Global Automotive Engineered Polyolefins Conference will take place in Detroit from 29 September–1 October and is the worlds leading automotive polyolefins forum.

16 – 17 September 2025, Berlin, Germany
The 4th Sustainable Aviation Fuels Forum brings together key stakeholders to discuss SAF commercialization, supply chain resilience and the alignment with global sustainability goals. The SAF Stream will address critical industry developments, including advancements in SAF production pathways, regulatory incentives and SAF certification.
Dr Dario Formenti, Senior System Manager – Sustainable Fuels, will hold a presentation on “The ISCC Certification approach for SAF”.
15 – 17 September 2025, Monterey, California, USA
The conference is North America’s leading biofuels, carbon, and LCFS event. Key themes including carbon pricing, cap-and-trade, LCFS programmes, SAF, tax credits, RNG, and the evolving landscape of sustainable fuel solutions within the North American Market will be discussed.
Adam Kirby, Senior Sustainability Manager – Sustainable Fuels, will hold a presentation on “Building trust: Traceability, sustainability and certification of biofuels and feedstocks.” He will cover the following questions in his presentation: What are the mechanisms of the certification process? How will certification of crop-based feedstocks and restrictions on imported feedstocks impact the biofuel market, and why is aligning international sustainability criteria crucial for global trade? How can transparency be enhanced in the verification and certification process, especially when companies require multiple certifications for different markets (such as RFS, LCFS, ISCC, CORSIA), and how can fuel producers navigate new verification requirements for successful outcomes? What are the carbon intensity and life cycle assessments (LCA) of various feedstocks and biofuels, and how is carbon intensity (CI) calculated to unlock additional carbon value? How can traceability, testing and inspection be used to address fraud in a fragmented market?
4– 5 September 2025, London, UK
The Global Synthetic Fuel Assembly is a global event gathering together players in the eFuels space, from producers to suppliers. A dedicated session will focus on certification of eFuel/RFNBOs according to the EU RED.

2 September 2025, online
The ChinaReplas2025 China International Plastics Recycling Conference took place as an online event on 2 September. The event is dedicated to the plastic recycling industry in China.

16 – 17 July 2025, Melbourne, Australia
The event will take place on 16–17 July in Melbourne. The Summit will cover Sustainable Aviation Fuel use throughout the entire value chain addressing the unique dynamics across the Australian and greater APAC regions.
Adam Kirby, Senior Sustainability Manager – Sustainable Fuels, will join the panel on Sustainability Certification benefits and market access. He will also discuss voluntary market applications of SAF and utilization of platforms such as the ISCC Credit Transfer System.
1 – 2 July 2025, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
The event will take place on 1–2 July in Kuala Lumpur. The conference focusses on Sustainable Aviation Fuel use throughout the APAC Region.
Adam Kirby, Senior Sustainability Manager – Sustainable Fuels, will join the panel on SAF Technology and Sustainability Certification Standards and hold a presentation on SAF certification within the APAC region to discuss certification overview, the ISCC Credit Transfer System, and feedstocks important for the region.
17 – 18 June 2025, Madrid, Spain
The Sustainable Fuels Europe Summit 2025 (#SFES2025) is Europe’s leading event for advancing sustainable fuels, set for 17-18 June at IFEMA Madrid. The summit gathered over 500 industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to address key topics such as regulatory frameworks, technological advancements, industry value chains, and cross-sector collaborations. Focus areas included sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), biomethane, and sustainable marine fuels (SMF), providing insights into production, supply, and successful market cases.
Marina Pasteris, ISCC Sustainability Manager – EU, joined the panel discussion on “Stimulating Sustainable Fuels Flow: The Role of Certification and Standardization.”
09 – 12 June 2025, Valencia, Spain
The 33rd European Biomass Conference & Exhibition 2025 (EUBCE) took place from 09 – 12 June 2025 in Valencia, Spain. The EUBCE was one of the main events in the biomass world in Europe fostering the partnership between academia, research institutions and industry.
On behalf of ISCC, Dr. Peter Hawighorst organized a session within the “Industry Track Program”. The session on “Sustainability Certification along complex supply chains in the chemical industry: the mass balance approach” took place on 10 June.
22 – 23 May 2025, Frankfurt, Germany
The Summit took place on 22– 23 May in Frankfurt. The conference focused on the latest developments in chemical recycling in EU and feedstock and value chain collaboration.
Haridharan Krishnan, System Manager, joined the conference as a speaker talking about “Traceability & Chain of Custody of Sustainable Materials for a Circular Economy: ISCC PLUS”.
20 – 21 May 2025, Weimar, Germany
The conference was organised in collaboration with the Swedish BioGenGas innovation cluster and the Horizon Europe project, CarbonNeutralLNG. On the first day, the conference program offered sessions on biogas and green LPG as part of the BioGenGas innovation cluster and on the second day a methanation and liquefaction symposium as part of the CarbonNeutralLNG project, as well as sessions on related technical breakthroughs and innovations took place.

13 – 15 May 2025, Baku, Azerbaijan
The IATA Energy forum is the premier industry meeting for the world’s aviation fuel community, including airline representatives, fuel and SAF suppliers and SAF certification.

30 April 2025, Online
The Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE) is organizing a series of eight webinars related to the topic of EUDR. The aim of the EUDR expert group is to prepare all market participants subject to EUDR for the new EU regulation for deforestation-free products. The webinar on 30 April will focus on software solutions and support services.
Dr. Katharina Heidrich, Senior System Manager, joined the webinar as a speaker explaining how certification supports the implementation of EUDR.
10 April 2025, Hamburg, Germany
A mix of innovation and responsibility: Modern coffee packaging has far more functions than ‘just’ product protection – it should also be efficient, resource-saving, visually appealing and environmentally friendly. These requirements are determined both by consumer wishes and legal requirements.
Dr. Jan Henke – Director Meo Carbon Solutions GmbH & ISCC; Board Member 4C provided in his presentation “Nachhaltige Verpackungen für Kaffee – ISCC PLUS zertifiziert (Sustainable packaging for coffee – ISCC PLUS certified)” the following questions: What does ISCC PLUS certify? How can companies communicate the use of sustainable packaging, what traceability systems are in place? What does the certification cost?
09 April 2025, Berlin, Germany
The networking event “Endspurt EUDR: Herausforderungen & Chancen für eine effektive Umsetzung”, organized by WWF, is part of the FONEI AG Entwaldungsfreie Soja-Lieferketten and took place in Berlin. The focus of the event was on the newest EU regulations on EUDR.
Dr. Katharina Heidrich, Senior System Manager, joined the panel discussion on standards in the soy supply chain: opportunities and limitations.
07– 09 April 2025, Kansas City, Missouri, USA
The workshop organized by the Clean Fuels Alliance America aimed at enhancing the understanding of greenhouse gas emissions accounting and lifecycle analysis (LCA) for various stakeholders, including policymakers and fuel end-users. The latest research relevant to advancing sustainably produced biodiesel, renewable diesel, and sustainable aviation fuels in the marketplace was discussed.
Adam Kirby, Senior Sustainability Manager – Sustainable Fuels, joined the session on “The Certification Landscape” on 9 April presenting certification processes in the US marketplace and SAF Certification.
01 – 02 April 2025, Nuremberg, Germany
The 4th bio!TOY will take place on 01 – 02 April in Nuremberg. The conference focuses on the bioeconomy in the toy industry and encourages key players in this field to exchange ideas and insights.
Yu Xue, System Manager, will hold a presentation on 02 April on ISCC PLUS Certification, promoting the circular economy and bioeconomy solutions for toys.
31 March 2025, Amsterdam, Netherlands
New Regulations on EU Plastic Recycling & Packaging will take place on 31 March in Amsterdam, Netherlands. During the conference the regulatory updates, new requirements and its impact on companies will be discussed.
Jiwon Sung, Senior System Manager, will hold a presentation on the certification of recycling activities across value chains, covering chain of custody options, 3rd party certification, mass balance accounting and mass balance related claims.
20 – 21 March 2025, Brussels, Belgium
Argus Agriculture & Feedstocks Conference will take place on 20 – 21 March in Brussels, Belgium. The conference will deal with the future of the agriculture market and its role in providing solutions to the energy sector for decarbonisation.
Aleksandra Blazeusz, System Manager, will join a panel discussion on “Are EU policies and regulations hindering key opportunities for the agriculture and energy sectors?” During the panel, they will take a closer look at key regulations around feedstock sourcing and how in combination with ISCC certification, they can support in reaching broader energy transition goals. Specifically, EUDR, RED III, and other EU and international policies will be discussed.
18 March – 20 March 2025, Amsterdam, Netherlands
The Smart Freight Week, organized by the Smart Freight Centre, took place from 18 – 20 March in Amsterdam, Netherlands focussing on the Global Decarbonization of Freight.

12 March 2025, Madrid, Spain
The event brought together key players in SAF: producers, SAF suppliers, technical & sustainability certification schemes.

During the IMPACT Webinar the region’s opportunities and collaborative pathways for advancing SAF were discussed. The webinar brought together key stakeholders, including government representatives, manufacturers and SAF producers.

05 March – 07 March 2025, Chicago, Illinois
Sustainability in Packaging US will take place on 05 – 07 March in Chicago. The conference will cover recent developments, market trends and industry insights from the packaging industry.
Dr Steffen Mueller, Principal Economist at the University of Illinois in Chicago and Board Member of the ISCC Association, will participate as a speaker and hold a presentation on Navigating the Sustainable Future of Products and Packaging: Introducing the ISCC PLUS Certification Scheme for the Circular Economy and Bioeconomy.
05 March 2025, Düsseldorf, Germany
The European Green Ammonia Summit took place on 05 March in Düsseldorf. The conference covered key topics as financing the Green Ammonia revolution, overcoming challenges and securing investment, optimising Green Ammonia projects, strategies for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness and innovations in the marine fuels sector.

10 February– 12 February 2025, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Sustainable Futures MENA & Global Sustainable Aviation Markets Forum took place on 10 – 12 February 2025 in Abu Dhabi. The conference was hosted hosted in partnership with the The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the UAE.
Adam Kirby, Sustainability Manager – Sustainable Fuels, joined the conference as a speaker holding a presentation about “Powering SAF Market Certification and Expansion”, talking about varying types of certification for SAF and subsequent market applications, feedstock requirements for certification, supply chain overview and key points where certification is required.

The International Transport Forum (ITF) organized a workshop on Book and Claim which took place on 05 February 2025 in the OECD Headquarters in Paris, France focussing on Book and Claim in Transport.
