Within the SAF Technical Stakeholder Committee, ISCC recognises the importance of sustainable aviation fuels in reducing the aviation industry’s carbon footprint. This committee and its corresponding events bring together experts and stakeholders from around the globe to engage with the unique dynamics of this field. Fuel producers, aircraft operators, regulators, trade associations and further valuable participants exchange know-how, explore innovations, and strengthen alignment on SAF implementation and policy developments. With more than 360 participants, we successfully concluded the ISCC Technical Stakeholder Committee on sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). The agenda included updates on ISCC certification and credit transfer, industry insights from DHL and JetZero, and innovations presented by Syzygy Plasmonics, Argus Media, and Airbus. A panel with major airlines highlighted global perspectives on SAF implementation and policy developments. The meeting closed with remarks from our co-chairs, Karyn Jones and Azim Bin Norazmi. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making the event a success.
